Starkey is hiring an AMR (All Make Repair) Customer Service Representative at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Good organizational skills required.
  • Good problem-solving/troubleshooting skills required.
  • Ability to type 25-30 WPM required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Letter writing skills a plus.
  • 10-key skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that customers are dealt with according to the Customer Service Policy and the Starkey Corporate mission statement.
  • Answering incoming calls regarding technical and non-technical information.
  • Assisting dispensers in fitting questions.
  • Answering dispenser questions about Starkey and Starkey All-Make products.
  • Clarifying dispenser requests.
  • Calling dispensers with additional charges and estimates when requested.
  • Supporting All Make Repair.
  • Staying current on Starkey products and processes.
  • Providing repair information.
  • Using JIT principles while performing duties.
  • Answering problems from receiving and shipping.
  • Processing orders for accessories, warranties, credits, marketing materials, and hearing aid parts, then invoicing and shipping.
  • Documenting calls and keeping phone call records.
  • Performing other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
