We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key communication link between our customers and our production teams, ensuring accurate order processing and smooth, efficient operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes
Excellent communication, customer service, and follow‑through skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort working collaboratively across departments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
Accurately enter, review, and maintain customer orders in our ERP system
Coordinate closely with manufacturing, production scheduling, and shipping to support on‑time delivery
Monitor work order progress and proactively communicate lead times, changes, or potential delays
Provide customers with product information, documentation, and timely order status updates
Support cross‑functional teams with various operational and administrative tasks to ensure an efficient workflow
