About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Rock Hill, South Carolina store. The role involves helping customers in a fast-paced retail environment, working across different areas of the store, and contributing to store appearance and friendly, efficient service. The position has flexible shift availability, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, and requires regular, predictable onsite attendance.

Requirements

Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
Strong communication skills and a friendly approach to conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasional ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and support the store's food program when needed.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain standards for store appearance.
Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
