About The Position

The Customer Service Representative – Dropship serves as the primary liaison between customers and vendors. The role provides customer service and oversees order-fulfillment transactions, including timely purchasing, invoicing, and delivery of products sourced from external suppliers to meet customer needs.

The position is based at Rand Whitney Container Greenwood in Worcester, MA, is full-time, and has a day shift. The work takes place in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and skill in computer data entry applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with a dropship ecommerce model preferred.
• Prior computer data-entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and customer billing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to vendor-supplied products.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information as applicable.
• Answer product and service questions and provide information about how products and services may benefit potential customers.
• Provide timely feedback to company stakeholders regarding at-risk items, service failures, or customer concerns.
• Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.
• Maintain, create, and control personally identifiable information and other protected information accessed or known through the role, in accordance with applicable confidentiality and privacy standards, company policies, and regulations including HIPAA.
