About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers and supporting daily store operations in multiple areas, both inside and outside the store, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, potential weekly bonuses, paid comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers.

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate the register and handle cashiering.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the store's food program.
• Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain standards for store appearance.
• Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
