About The Position

Join Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV dealer network and help make our customers’ vacation dreams a reality. Fraserway RV and Four Seasons Rentals are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our rental operations. As a brand ambassador, you will provide RV rental information, share local knowledge, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• High integrity and positive contribution to the workplace
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality comfortable working with international clientele
• Fluent in English (German, French, or Dutch is an asset)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and departure
• Provide fast, professional, and efficient service throughout the rental process
• Demonstrate RV rental fleet features and provide clear operating instructions
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns accurately and efficiently
• Prepare upcoming daily activities, including: Final vehicle checks for next-day departures, Rental contracts and documentation, Vehicle manuals, WIFI/GPS setup, and related materials
• Follow company health and safety policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
