About The Position

This role involves providing customer service, processing orders, managing product information, and maintaining the showroom. The representative will also be responsible for developing customer relationships and performing other assigned duties. Qualified applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Good verbal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via email.
  • Organizational skills, willingness to multitask.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Bilingual communication in French and English.
  • Must be legally authorized for employment in Canada.
  • Will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HVAC would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with accurate product and delivery information.
  • Process orders (purchase orders and quotes).
  • Verify expected ship dates for prompt delivery and expedite as needed.
  • Provide accurate information on product stock availability.
  • Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
  • Keep the showroom clean and organized, with stocked shelves.
  • Develop customer relationships.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
