About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers, supporting sales, and helping maintain store standards. Employees work throughout the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. The position offers flexible schedules and paid comprehensive training.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace and contribute as part of a team.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, using eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Attend work onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
