About The Position

Responsible for improving customer relations by providing professional product knowledge and service, through interpersonal and telephone skills, in an accurate and detailed manner. Experience in the Automotive paint business is required. The Counter Representative greets customers as they enter the store and ensures a welcoming, helpful experience.

Requirements

• Ability to accurately identify and invoice items using electronic and paper cataloging systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by using electronic and paper cataloging systems to accurately identify and invoice items.
• Place special orders or source non-stock products as needed to meet customer requests.
• Restock and maintain inventory.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Participate in regularly scheduled physical inventory.
• Assist with deliveries and paint mixing as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned as necessary to support store operations.
