About The Position

We are seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time. As a Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative with Pavestone you are responsible for providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers, providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell, creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders, working with Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining knowledge of products and their applications, knowing competitor products, assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries, and completing daily paperwork.

Requirements

  • A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment).

Responsibilities

  • Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers.
  • Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
  • Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders.
  • Working with Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
