If so, we’d like you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions. Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center. Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor. Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions. Investigate and resolve customer problems and address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Process Inside Sales returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy and procedure. Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk. Complete various daily, weekly and monthly reports. Support the Product Manager’s activities as needed. Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your Manager. Work with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets. Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales transactions. Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center. Find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers and become their trusted advisor. Generate sales leads that develop into new customers. Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions. Investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns timely and in accordance with Company policy and procedure, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Support Counter and Outside Sales activities and all Profit Center activities as part of our Profit Center team. Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager any changes in a customer’s business that might cause a credit risk. Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
