As a key member of our team, you will act as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring seamless order execution, resolving issues proactively, and identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements

Bilingual Preferred: Spanish and English
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support in a food distribution environment.
Experience in food distribution, foodservice, or wholesale strongly preferred
Strong phone, email, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving mindset with a customer first attitude

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
Manage end-to-end order processing via phone, email, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy
Provide real-time product knowledge, including pricing, availability, and order status updates
Support inside sales initiatives through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting featured products
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Maintain clean and accurate account data, pricing, and order records
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and urgency
Contribute to a continuous improvement mindset, identifying ways to enhance processes and service levels
