About The Position

This role offers a base pay plus commissions, a Monday-Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM), paid holidays, paid time off, paid training, and ongoing development opportunities. Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working with computers, email, and order entry systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to read a ruler and perform basic calculations

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers
  • Guide customers through solutions by recommending signage and graphics products
  • Prepare estimates, process orders, and manage projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and marketing efforts
