Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing quotes, handling order entry, and influencing gross profit through price negotiation. The representative will also build customer relationships, manage inventory levels, source products, determine shipping methods, and partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional duties may include expediting backorders, pulling inventory, preparing orders for shipment, handling customer returns, and performing other assigned tasks.
