Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven ability to build rapport, develop trust, and close sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused
  • Passionate about sales and helping customers find solutions
  • Strong listening, organization, and time management skills
  • Critical thinker with good judgment and decision-making ability
  • Professional, personable, and confident in dealing with a wide variety of customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality work in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working on a screen for extended periods
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time (4 hours or more)

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of sales, retail, counter sales, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center
  • Build strong relationships with customers and turn prospects into long-term clients
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and follow up consistently to convert leads into sales
  • Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and strengthen the sales pipeline
  • Be comfortable making a minimum of 100 calls per week
  • Schedule at least 5 qualified appointments per week
  • Learn how to prepare estimates, process work orders, and help ensure timely delivery of completed jobs
  • Drive the sales process from first contact through closing
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best signage and visual communication solutions
  • Communicate clearly and confidently by phone, email, in person, and at customer locations
  • Participate in daily team meetings and actively support business development and marketing efforts
  • Follow directions well while also being able to think critically and work independently
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
  • Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bring energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to the team every day
