About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, to help maintain store appearance and standards. Employees greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may assist with the food program. The position includes regular, predictable onsite attendance and collaboration with an energetic team to complete daily tasks.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and develop ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
