About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. You will work in different areas of the store, inside and out, helping maintain store appearance standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. The role involves interacting with customers and working with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including handwork requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
• Availability for evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
