About The Position

Kinard Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The role supports a welcoming, organized, and calm front-of-house experience at the veterinary practice in Greenwood, South Carolina. The position helps keep appointments on schedule, supports pet parents with clear and reassuring communication, and enables the medical team to focus on patient care.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a veterinary setting.
Availability for 9-hour day shifts.
Comfort using computers, phone systems, and scheduling or practice-management software.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide a friendly first point of contact by phone and in person.
Help maintain an organized schedule so appointments run on time.
Keep the lobby calm and welcoming while managing incoming calls and client check-ins.
Help pet parents feel informed and confident, including during difficult situations.
Handle front-of-house needs so the medical team can focus on patients.
