About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The role offers flexible scheduling and a choice of short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Team members take and process customer orders, provide customer service, handle payments and make change, and carry out other store tasks. The position involves repetitive work in a compact, temperature-variable environment and may require lifting and stocking supplies, cleaning, and other physical tasks. Promotional opportunities may include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
