About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The role offers flexible scheduling and a choice of short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Team members take and process orders, provide customer service, handle money, and perform store tasks. The position may involve working alone or with others and performing repetitive tasks while meeting quality standards. Team members may also unload deliveries, stock shelves, clean, and complete other in-store or outside tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and perform the physical tasks described in the posting, including frequent reaching, bending, and hand use.
• Talking and hearing ability for telephone work; depth perception and near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders verbally, in writing, and by telephone.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow directives and quality control standards.
• Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and lift and stock cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Perform tasks such as cleaning, stocking ingredients and shelves, removing trash, and maintaining the store.
• Use pizza-making and store equipment, including shaping dough and handling pizza peels and cutters.
