About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store in Paragould, Arkansas. The position involves taking and processing orders, providing customer service, handling monetary change, and performing store tasks. Flexible scheduling is offered, with short or long shifts and part-time or full-time hours available. The role may offer promotional opportunities such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

This position is with a store owned and operated by an independent Domino’s franchisee. The franchisee alone makes employment decisions, including decisions about hiring, compensation, benefits, staffing, and scheduling; if hired, the franchisee is the employee’s employer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have the physical ability to perform the listed duties, including frequent reaching and hand use, bending, occasional climbing or crouching, and handling hot and cold surfaces.
• Must have the vision and hearing abilities described for in-store tasks; far and night vision are required for driving.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders verbally, in writing, and by telephone.
• Provide excellent customer service and make correct monetary change.
• Perform repetitive tasks and follow directives while working independently and with others.
• Unload and stock deliveries, including lifting cases weighing up to 50 pounds and placing them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Perform store tasks that may include cleaning, maintenance, changing sign prices, handling ingredients, making pizzas, and using a pizza peel and cutter.
• Remove trash and perform other tasks outside the store.
