About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store in Osceola, Arkansas. The role offers flexible scheduling and short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Team members take and process orders, provide customer service, and perform store tasks, including handling food, stocking, cleaning, and unloading deliveries. This position has physical demands and exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, compact work areas, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Advancement opportunities may include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager. The store is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which independently makes employment decisions and is the only employer of anyone hired.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, and meet strict quality-control standards.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Ability to lift delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds and handle the physical activities described in the posting.
• Talking and hearing on the telephone; depth perception and near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders, including by telephone.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform repetitive tasks and follow directives while working independently and with others.
• Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and lift and stock cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Perform store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, changing sign prices, and maintenance.
• Prepare pizzas and use a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
