About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store in Blytheville, Arkansas. The role offers flexible scheduling and short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Responsibilities include taking and processing orders, providing customer service, handling monetary change, and performing store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and unloading deliveries. The work may involve operating around hot surfaces and tools, food-related fumes and dust, varying temperatures, compact work areas, and moving mechanical parts. The position has substantial physical demands, including lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and continuous hand use.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the stated physical duties, including lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, climbing occasionally, and continuous reaching and hand use.
• Talking and hearing on the telephone; depth perception and near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders verbally, in writing, and by telephone.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow directives and quality control standards.
• Unload product deliveries using a hand truck and lift and stock cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform store tasks including stocking ingredients and shelves, cleaning, changing prices on signs, washing walls, and maintenance.
• Use pizza preparation and serving tools, including a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
• Work alone and with others, handle repetitive tasks and stressful situations, and make sound judgments and decisions.
