About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The work is project-based, with assignments matched to applicants’ preferred cities, counties, or regions based on availability. Merchandisers work independently in retail locations, complete assignments to client specifications, meet project deadlines, and represent SRS professionally.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and moving or assembling fixtures.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone with internet access.

Nice To Haves

Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
Experience reading and executing planograms.
Experience with companies such as Premium Retail Services, Acosta, Crossmark, SPAR, SAS Retail Services, Winston Retail, Apollo Retail Specialists, Driveline, BDS Connected Solutions, RMSI, ActionLink, MarketSource, Survey Merchandiser, Retail Odyssey, Advantage Solutions, or other retail merchandising and reset companies.

Responsibilities

Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
Read and implement planograms.
Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
Capture project photos and complete reporting using a mobile app.
Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Represent Strategic Retail Solutions professionally in retail locations.
