About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for Store 2709423 in San Diego, California. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment and working across multiple areas of the store, including inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The representative will work with an energetic team and may sometimes assist with the food program. Evening availability on weekdays and weekends is required.

Requirements

Availability to work evenings on weekdays and weekends.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
Ability to climb a ladder when needed to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
Communicate with customers and engage in friendly conversation.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
