About The Position

Circle K is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Tucson, Arizona store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment, working throughout the store to maintain appearance standards, and supporting store operations. The position offers task variety and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and help solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Run the register and process customer purchases.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in various areas inside and outside the store to maintain appearance standards.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
