About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly and efficient service while supporting store operations. You will greet customers, operate the register and cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes assist with the food program. You will work in various areas of the store, inside and out, helping maintain store appearance and standards. The role involves daily interaction with customers and teamwork to accomplish store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push and pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
