Requirements

• Honesty and a good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
• Ability to talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds less than 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide a positive customer experience.
• Handle front-desk tasks, including answering calls politely, responding to questions or concerns, taking information calls, and giving tours.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updates to member account information.
• Address member service issues and questions, escalating them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Support new member sales and provide a high level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
