About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an in-store, front-line customer care role in Store Operations. CSRs take customer orders by phone and in person, greet customers, build customer relationships, handle cash, and keep the customer area clean. They also assist Pizza Makers with toppings and dough and may help with pizza making. The role offers training and support, flexible hours, and opportunities for career progression within Domino’s.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Exceptional and positive attitude.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-Team Members to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand for long periods; most tasks are performed from a standing position.
