About The Position

National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Weekend Customer Service Representative at its Flourtown, Pennsylvania location. The role provides customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests while supporting an exceptional Judgement Free member experience and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment. The starting rate is $11 per hour. Hourly increases are provided at 180 days, one year, and every six months after the first year, based on the employee’s anniversary date. The scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday, 6:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
