About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and efficient service while helping maintain store standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work throughout the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a positive environment.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder.
