About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Henderson, Nevada store. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. The representative works throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position includes daily interaction with customers and teamwork on store tasks, and requires regular, predictable onsite attendance.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions or problem-solving ideas.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
• Regular, predictable onsite attendance.
