About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment and provide friendly service to customers. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and help customers. The role also involves interacting with customers and working with a team to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
