Customer Service Representative (Teller)
About The Position
United Bank is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for its Dorr branch. The role is a fundamental position at the bank and serves as an important first point of contact for customers. The representative assists customers with banking needs, including processing transactions, managing accounts, referring customers to affiliates, and completing general office and banking tasks. Building relationships with customers helps support account retention. The role also includes responsibility for applicable compliance matters and may involve special projects or additional duties. United Bank welcomes candidates with banking experience as well as those new to the industry.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Ability to follow instructions, learn new tasks, and follow up.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training.
Responsibilities
