About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Austin, Texas store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment and working in various areas of the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The representative will work with an energetic team on daily tasks and may assist with the store’s food program.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Work at a quick pace while contributing to a positive environment.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
