About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Shreveport, Louisiana store. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced, varied retail environment and wants opportunities to grow their career. Team members provide friendly customer service, maintain store standards, and work across different areas of the store, sometimes including the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a positive environment.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, using eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Run the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Attend work onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
