About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Lakeland, Florida store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced store environment, working across different areas inside and outside the store, and helping maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position offers task variety and opportunities for career growth, with paid comprehensive training and a flexible schedule. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; climbing a ladder may be necessary to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.

Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
