About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves interacting with customers, supporting sales, operating the register, and helping maintain store standards. Representatives work across different areas of the store, inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Flexible shift availability includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering duties.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain standards for store appearance.
Interact with customers and work with teammates to accomplish daily tasks.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
