About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Shreveport, Louisiana store. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, customer interaction, and opportunities to grow. Team members work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position offers evening and overnight shift availability and requires regular, predictable onsite attendance.

The representative greets customers, operates the register, handles cashiering, suggests purchases, and may assist with the food program. They work with an energetic team to complete daily tasks and uphold store standards.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach to customer conversations.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
