About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves serving customers throughout the store, maintaining store appearance, and helping with the food program as needed. Employees work with a team on varied daily tasks and are expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to team goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Work with the food program when needed.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to help maintain store appearance and standards.
Communicate with customers and teammates while completing daily store tasks.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
