About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its store in New Bern, North Carolina. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment, working across multiple areas of the store, and helping maintain store appearance and service standards. Meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing or walking for up to 8 hours; lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift; occasionally lifting or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level; pushing or pulling with the arms up to 20 pounds of force; bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift; and grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with the hands.
Have eye-hand coordination and the ability to climb a ladder as needed to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain standards for store appearance.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
