About The Position

Cafaro is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for Eastwood Mall. The role represents the mall by providing high-quality, efficient customer service and maintaining a professional, organized Guest Services area. The representative responds to customer inquiries, resolves issues, and assists with the Gift Card program, retail products, payment options, and other mall programs. The position also supports coworkers and other departments as requested, participates in team meetings, contributes to center goals and projects, and follows applicable company and program policies and procedures.

Requirements

Strong sales background, general mathematical aptitude, and computer literacy in relevant software.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to learn and operate gift card issuance software (CardSpot).
Proficiency operating credit card and check authorization terminals.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
Strong ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
Articulate and outgoing, with the ability to maintain a professional, pleasant, and courteous appearance.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Represent Eastwood Mall by delivering high-quality, efficient customer service.
Maintain a professional and well-organized Guest Services area, keeping marketing materials, signage, and displays up to date and relevant.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Assist customers with the Gift Card program, retail products, payment options, and other mall programs.
Support coworkers and other departments as requested by the supervisor.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving the center's goals and projects.
Comply with policies and procedures related to Eastwood Mall programs and company policies.
