About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a customer service representative to receive and process customer orders by phone and in person, prepare products, and support the day-to-day operation of the store. Schedules may accommodate part-time or full-time work. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may have opportunities to advance into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and the ability to make rapid, precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, reaching, bending, and using hands continuously.
• Ability to work in the described conditions, including exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries and move, carry, and stock supplies as needed.
• Perform other store tasks, including maintaining work areas and assisting with signs or maintenance.
