About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role involves serving customers throughout the store, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily tasks. The position is part time, with overnight shift availability and weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers.
Ability to provide excellent customer care.

Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to develop ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasional ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and high standards.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
