About The Position
Concentrix is hiring a seasonal, remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to provide customer support while working from home. Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Open availability.
- High school diploma or GED.
- A quiet, distraction-free home work environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position, but is not guaranteed.
- High-speed internet; wireless, hotspot, and satellite connections are not accepted.
- A smartphone.
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
