About the position
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the human touchpoint for various health, wellness, beauty, and pet brands, your role will involve providing superior knowledge of our products and resolving customer concerns efficiently. Your responsibilities will include handling multiple accounts, researching and resolving payment issues, updating customer information, and documenting customer requests. Additionally, you will work towards increasing membership retention, sales, and brand loyalty, while also placing orders and tracking shipments. Preferred qualifications include maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle various accounts simultaneously
- Research and reconcile problems concerning charges and payments
- Correct/update customer information as appropriate
- Document accounts with actions taken/customer requests
- Work with customers to increase membership retention, sales, and overall brand loyalty
- Place orders for customers as requested
- Track shipments
- Meet standard call center performance metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion regarding customer information
Requirements
- Location: REMOTE (Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, New Mexico, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming)
