About the position
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the human touchpoint for various health, wellness, beauty, and pet brands, your role will involve providing superior knowledge of our products and resolving customer concerns efficiently. The position requires handling multiple accounts, taking both Spanish and English customer calls, and addressing issues related to charges, payments, and customer information. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting accounts, placing orders, tracking shipments, and meeting call center performance metrics. Preferred qualifications include maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle various accounts simultaneously
- Take Spanish and English customer calls
- Research and reconcile problems concerning charges and payments
- Correct/update customer information as appropriate
- Document accounts with actions taken/customer requests
- Place orders for customers as requested
- Track shipments
- Meet standard call center performance metrics
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion regarding customer information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail in reconciling charges and payments
- Proficiency in updating customer information
- Documentation skills
- Order placement and tracking abilities
- Familiarity with call center performance metrics
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding customer information
