About the position
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling various accounts, researching and resolving issues related to charges and payments, updating customer information, and documenting customer requests. The role also involves working with customers to enhance membership retention, sales, and brand loyalty. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for placing orders for custom products. Responsibilities
- Handle various accounts simultaneously
- Research and reconcile problems concerning charges and payments
- Correct/update customer information as appropriate
- Document accounts with actions taken/customer requests
- Work with customers to increase membership retention, sales, and overall brand loyalty
- Place orders for customers as requested
- Track shipments
- Meet standard call center performance metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion regarding customer information
