About the position
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the human touchpoint for various health, wellness, beauty, and pet brands, your role will involve providing superior knowledge of our products and resolving customer concerns efficiently. The position requires handling multiple accounts, taking Spanish and English customer calls, researching and reconciling payment issues, updating customer information, documenting actions taken, placing orders, tracking shipments, and meeting call center performance metrics. Preferred qualifications include maintaining confidentiality, demonstrating critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle various accounts simultaneously
- Take Spanish and English customer calls
- Research and reconcile problems concerning charges and payments
- Correct/update customer information as appropriate
- Document accounts with actions taken/customer requests
- Place orders for customers as requested
- Track shipments
- Meet standard call center performance metrics
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion regarding customer information
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Location: REMOTE (Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, New Mexico, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming)
