About The Position

Grant Mechanical of Traverse City, Michigan, is growing! We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team! We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and an excellent phone presence, who will react well to a fast-paced environment with a team mentality. A reliable, professional individual with attention to detail and great organizational skills to provide scheduling support to a growing company. This position requires excellent data entry skills, as well as great interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with customers and team members. The position of the Customer Service Representative/Dispatch will be responsible for answering and making phone calls, scheduling, dispatching technicians to jobs and processing permits. In addition, the position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.

Requirements

• Advanced customer service skills

• Organized
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
• Communication skills
• Operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job
• Develop knowledge of product lines, prices, various marketing promotional services, and similar
• CRM Software experience is a bonus
